Dodami — Privacy Policy

Dodami ("the app") is a pet health tracker published by Solruna ("we"). This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The short version: your pets' records stay on your device; we run no server and require no account.

Data stored on your device only

Your pet profiles, vaccination and medication records, weight entries, custom health records, vet visit notes, and attached photos and documents (such as vaccination certificates and prescriptions) are stored in a local database on your device. We cannot access them. They leave your device only when you explicitly use the CSV export or backup feature, which hands the files to an app of your choosing via the system share sheet. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

Data collected automatically

The app uses the following services, which collect limited data on our behalf:

• Google AdMob (advertising, free version only) — may collect your advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve and measure ads. In the European Economic Area and the UK, ads are shown only in accordance with the consent choices you make in the app's consent dialog. Subscribing to Dodami Premium removes all advertising. • Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage events (for example "a vaccination was added") and device information to help us understand which features matter. We do not send your pets' names, your records, notes, or photos.
• Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports and device state when the app malfunctions, so we can fix bugs.
• RevenueCat (purchase management) — when you view the paywall or make a purchase, an anonymous identifier and your purchase history are processed by RevenueCat to validate subscriptions and restore purchases across reinstalls. Reminders and notifications

Vaccine and medication reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Reminder contents (pet names, medication names) never leave your device.

Purchases

Dodami Premium (subscription or one-time lifetime purchase) is processed by Google Play. We receive no payment details. Your records are never locked behind a purchase: CSV export and backup restore remain free forever.

Not veterinary advice

Dodami is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• Remove ads (and AdMob's data collection) by subscribing to Premium.
• Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Android settings.
• EEA/UK users can change their ad consent at any time from the app's settings.
• Export your data as CSV or a full backup at any time, free.
• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes, and the current version is always at this address.
